Mediation Information

• Types of Mediations.   Both litigation and pre-litigation matters. All types of matters can be heard. (At this time, family law matters are not handled.)
  
  
• Location.    Mediations can be arranged at the site of the parties, or at an agreed location, in Tarrant, Dallas, Wise, Parker, and Johnson Counties.
  
  
• On-Site Mediations.  Small matters can easily be  accommodated at the Hurst location.  Mediation for larger groups can be arranged on a case by case basis.
  
  
• Scheduling.   At this time, short notice mediations can be scheduled, in some cases, for the following week. 
  
  
• Mediation Fees.   Mediation fees are $800 per party a day, for an 8 hour mediation; $400 per party for a 4 hour mediation and $200 per party for 2 hour mediation.  In addition, travel expenses are charged for each out-of-county session.
